  • 1500 g Whole chicken or chicken breast
  • 22 cups Jasmine rice
  • 35 cloves Garlic
  • 430 g Ginger, julienned
  • 51 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 61 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 72 tbsp Fermented soybean paste
  • 85 pieces Thai chilies
  • 92 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 101 tsp Sugar

Instructions

    Bring water to boil, poach whole chicken on low heat for 30-40 minutes until cooked through
