Ingredients

  • 11/2 cup Jasmine rice
  • 2100 g Lean ground pork
  • 34 cups Chicken broth
  • 41 tbsp Ginger, julienned
  • 51 piece Egg
  • 62 tbsp Green onion, sliced
  • 71 tbsp Cilantro
  • 81 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 91/4 tsp Ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes
