This Privacy Policy explains how GinFit AI ("GinFit", "we", "us", or "our") respects and protects your privacy. We're committed to giving you a secure, private experience, which is why the GinFit application is designed with a no-data-storage philosophy.
2. Data Collection and Use
We minimize the data we collect, but certain information is processed to power core GinFit experiences:
Meal Photos
When you snap a meal photo or upload an image for nutrition analysis, GinFit sends that image to a trusted third-party API so we can transform it into calorie and macro insights. We do not store those images once processing is complete.
Advertising Data
To keep GinFit sustainable, we may share limited, non-personal information such as device identifiers or general usage data with advertising partners. This helps surface relevant ads without revealing who you are.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide a seamless experience, GinFit relies on select partners:
Nutrition Intelligence API
Meal images are sent to a third-party service that analyzes nutritional content. The provider processes and returns results to GinFit but does not retain your images.
Ad Platforms
We partner with advertising networks that may collect additional data in line with their own privacy policies. We only share non-personal information needed to deliver relevant ads.
4. Data Retention
GinFit does not retain personal information. Any data briefly shared with third parties is managed according to each partner's retention policies.

Because GinFit does not store personal data, you do not need to:
- Request access to your personal information (we don't have it)
- Request deletion of your data (there's nothing to delete)
- Opt out of data collection (we don't keep it)
