  • 2100 g Lean ground pork
  • 3100 g Napa cabbage
  • 42 stalks Green onion, cut into pieces
  • 53 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 62 pieces Cilantro root
  • 7500 ml Chicken broth
  • 81 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 91/2 tsp White pepper
